Help Needed
The Central Texas Emmaus
Administrator has informed the community that he is getting short on his
supply of lanyards for Emmaus walks.
If anyone knows how to make them
or is a member of a reunion group with someone who makes lanyards, could we
please make a few and bring them to
Gathering or get them to
Janice Welk, and she will see that they get to the Emmaus Administrator.
Jon and I are working on lanyards
and we will get whatever we have from our community to Rich after the July
Gathering and then continue to make some more for later.

ALL ARE WELCOME at our Gatherings! Come enjoy the food, fun, and fellowship in our Lord’s name the first Thursday of each month. Please come at 6:30 p.m. for a covered dish supper or join us at 7:00 p.m. for Gathering and Holy Communion. Childcare IS provided, so bring the kids, come, and enjoy! If you haven’t been to Gatherings you’ve (been) missed a lot!

Group send-offs for all pilgrims are from FUMC Waco on Cobbs and Lake Air
Drive at the Bishop Entrance. Departure times are listed below unless prior notification is published in
the newsletter: 3 p.m. for Brownwood and 5 p.m. for Glen Lake, Lakeview, Latham Springs. Please arrive 15 minutes early!
