Team Applications
Check out our awesome new database designed by Jon Harshaw Weatherford Board
Member. It’s important that you do this to confirm your information is
up-to-date.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Go to the CTC Emmaus Website
www.ctcemmaus.org
- At the website on the left side click on:
Application & Schedules
- On the next screen, to the right of Applications
& Schedules, click on
Team Database
- That will take you to a screen where you will see:
APPLICATIONS:
Active
Inactive
All
- Click the appropriate button and enter your last name in the space on the
next screen which will take you to a screen to view your Walk experience
information. [If you are not certain your application is active, click on
ALL.] If you see anything in the experience
information that needs to be changed or updated, click on
e-mail change request and follow the
instructions to send the correct information to the Administrator
- You may also review your address, contact, and other personal information
by clicking on Applicant Login and inputting your
email address as the password. You must use the e-mail address that is in the
database to gain access. If the database will not allow you in, the e-mail
address is not correct. If that happens, use the e-mail change request
on that screen to send your current e-mail address to the Administrator. After
the database is updated you can access the information.
- If you have not filed an updated application in 2 years or you have not
served on a team in the past 2 years, you will need to complete a new
application and forward it to the Administrator. Current application forms can
be found at the website.
