ALL ARE WELCOME at our Gatherings! Come enjoy the food, fun, and fellowship in our Lord’s name the first Thursday of each month. Please come at 6:30 p.m. for a covered dish supper or join us at 7:00 p.m. for Gathering and Holy Communion. Childcare IS provided, so bring the kids, come, and enjoy! If you haven’t been to Gatherings you’ve (been) missed a lot!
Needs for Gatherings at Your Church For a printable copy, click HERE Seating for about 60 to 80 for dinner and worship. A conference room for the board to meet prior to the gathering. 6pm (there are usually 10 board members present) For Pot Luck dinner that starts at 6:30 pm Members to set up and receive food Cups, plates, dessert dishes, eating utensils napkins serving spoons cups and ice drinks (tea, water, coffee) 2 to 3 tables for food Table for desserts table for beverages microphone for the announcements if available For worship A table for communion elements and candles Podium with microphone for the 4th day speaker Microphones for the lay leader and spiritual leader if available A nursery worker (the community will pay the nursery worker) For the music team (varies according to room and church) 3 microphones on boom stands piano or keyboard music stands someone to run the sound board if possible
